Charter Questions

Can we extend our charter if we’re having too much fun?

If no charters are booked immediately after yours, absolutely! We can extend your trip and add the cost of the additional time at the end.

Are we guaranteed to see dolphins?

Although Captain Rob is excellent at locating local dolphins and manatees, they are wild animals so sightings can never be guaranteed. That said, it is extremely rare not to see them, and you’ll still enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way.

How do we pay? Is a deposit required?

A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking which will go toward total charter cost. Full payment is due prior to departure. Special cash payment options may be available—please contact us for custom arrangements or extended trip options.

What should we bring?

Recommended items to bring: Hat, Sunglasses (polarized are best), Sunscreen (without dyes), Non-marking shoes, Camera, Towels.  We will provide fishing gear, water, ice and a cooler, water toys if requested.  This can all be customized per charter!  Want a charcuterie tray, lunch, sunset dessert service or champagne toast? Just let us know!

What if it rains or I need to cancel?

If weather is unsafe, Captain Rob will contact you. We’ll try to reschedule, and if that’s not possible, you won’t lose your money. If your trip is shortened due to weather, we’ll prorate accordingly. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.

Where do we depart from? Is there parking?

Departure Location:  There are several locations to depart from. Click here to see the map and determine the boat ramp or marina closest to you.  Parking is available. If you need transportation assistance to or from the marina, let us know and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I bring alcohol?

Yes, alcohol is welcome onboard (21 and older only please). Please no red wine. 

What if I need to cancel my charter?

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations in order to issue a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. If we cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Our Weather and Refund Commitment

Safety is our top priority. If poor weather or boating conditions require us to cancel your trip, we will gladly reschedule you to another day or time. If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a full refund. You will never be charged for a trip we cannot safely operate.
